Policy

Pricing & Nail Art Policy

  • Nail art is a customized service, and pricing may vary depending on length, shape, design complexity, time, and materials used. We kindly ask all clients to confirm pricing with their technician before the service begins.
  • By proceeding with the service, the client acknowledges and agrees to the quoted price. Complaints or disputes regarding pricing after the service has been completed will not be accommodated.

Refund & Service Concerns

  • We kindly ask clients to address any concerns before leaving the salon. All services are non-refundable once the client has departed.
  • Any service-related concerns or complaints must be reported within 24 hours of the appointment. After this timeframe, the salon will no longer be responsible for service-related issues.

Service Warranty

  • Fullset and dip services include a 7-day limited warranty for breakage or lifting under normal wear. Repairs within 7 days will be provided free of charge. After 7 days, repair services will be charged accordingly.
  • This warranty is void if the nails have been repaired, modified, or serviced by another salon or technician.

Health & Safety Disclosure

  • For your safety, please inform our staff before service of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or reactions to products or chemicals (including gel, acrylic, or nail products).
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for certain conditions, including open wounds, infections, or severe sensitivities, allergies to prevent further irritation or injury. Failure to disclose such conditions releases the salon from liability related to allergic reactions or complications.

Minor Cuts & Accidents

  • While we follow strict sanitation and safety procedures, minor accidental cuts or irritation may occasionally occur during nail or cuticle services. By receiving services, clients acknowledge and accept the normal risks associated with salon treatments and agree not to hold the salon or staff liable for accidental minor injuries.

Minors Policy

  • Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian present for service decisions. Concerns raised after service without prior parental/guardian involvement cannot be addressed.

Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone in order to maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for clients and staff.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Clients arriving 10 minutes late may have their service rescheduled, or treated as a walk-in.

Personal Belongings

  • Please keep track of your personal belongings. The salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.

Children & Guests

  • For safety reasons, including exposure to salon chemicals, tools, and equipment, children under the age of 5 must remain in their own seat, stroller, or carrier at all times and may not sit on a customer’s lap during services.
  • All children and guests not receiving services must be supervised at all times to help maintain a safe and relaxing environment for everyone.
  • To help maintain a peaceful salon environment, we kindly ask clients to keep phone calls and device volume at a respectful level during services.

Color Matching & Regular Polish Policy

  • Please note that slight color variations may occur between regular polish, gel polish, dip powder, acrylic powder, and matching sets due to differences in product formulas, materials, manufacturer batches, lighting, and application methods. “Matching colors” are intended to be close matches and may not be 100% identical across different product types.
  • We strongly recommend confirming your color choice with your technician before the service begins. Once the service is completed and the client has left the salon, we are not responsible for color differences or dissatisfaction related to color matching.

Regular Polish Disclaimer

  • Regular nail polish typically lasts approximately 3–5 days under normal conditions and may be affected by daily activities, water exposure, impact, or lifestyle habits.
  • To help ensure the best results, we highly recommend remaining at the salon until the polish is fully dry under the drying fan. Once the client leaves the salon, we are not responsible for smudging, chipping, dents, or damage to regular polish.
